For Urgent Referrals, please ensure that you complete the requested information and then call the Hospital to alert us to the situation. Full Biochemistry and haematology is required for all non-urgent referrals.

For pets older than two years of age, there should also have been a full health check performed, including assessment of dental health.
*Any dental condition worse than GR2 will require remediation prior to us accepting referral for surgery.
