Wagga Wagga Veterinary Hospital (WWVH) is a family owned business, first opening its doors in the 1950's. The practice has continued to grow and adapt to clients and animals needs, leading us to move into a modern purpose-built facility on Urana St in 2010.
The building is shared with the Charles Sturt University Small Animal Referral Hospital (SARH), who provide referral services to patients of the Riverina and beyond.
WWVH is affiliated with the CSU Vet School, which provides final year veterinary student 'hands on' experience with real life cases and enables your pet to have around the clock care. We also provide an after-hours emergency only service should you need it.
Our Vet Hospital contains state-of-the-art technology to provide your pet with comprehensive care, making it one of the more advanced animal hospitals in regional Australia. Our highly trained veterinarians can treat all species, ranging from pocket pets, canine and felines, horses and farm animals. Should your animal need a specialist, we can easily refer to CSU Small Animal or Equine Hospital.
The hospital has been designed with the following facilities for the comfort, convenience and safety of our clients and patients:
Separate dog and cat waiting rooms
Five consultation rooms
Advanced diagnostics including blood machines, ultrasonography & radiography.
