It is a legal requirements that all cats and dogs are microchipped by 12 weeks of age, or before they are rehomed - whichever comes first. It is also necessary that microchip details are kept up-to-date. If there is any change to address or phone numbers that your pet is registered to, please print and fill out the form attached below and submit to your local council.
